After filling out an interest form, I was contacted within a couple hours. Everyone we spoke to were kind and helpful.
$30 extra dollars for not even real insurance is ridiculous! This “hidden” fee is barely explained. I’ve had homeowners/renters insurance for over 20 years. Why would I not use it, if I knew it would save me $30?! This company should be ashamed of themselves for this. Will obviously never use them again nor would I recommend them either. Save yourself the headache and hassle…and choose a cleaner safer feeling space to store your belongings.
Great experience for me and my husband. Dj was amazing. Dj was helpful and friendly. He went above and beyond to help us. Showed us a unit before deciding which one we needed. Thank you Dj for being so kind and attentive! Sincerely appreciate you!
The manager DJ is very friendly and pleasant, he is very informative.
