Olena at storage mart was fantastic and extremely helpful through every step I needed help getting my lock off and she was so attentive and kind the entire time and very personable and authentic as a human I truly appreciate how kind and understanding and informative she was 10/10 shes why I will always rent units here thank you so much for your help with my unit and being so kind to my daughter marie and I
I love how Alanna helped me and my girl friend out even though she was sore from an accident she was super sweet and caring even helped keep kiddos calm and talking to them making sure they’re okay. Definitely recommend storage Mart !
Amazing experience as first time storage renters. My friend Zach and I decided to split on a storage unit, and we originally had booked one online for a special deal. When we got in, Olena was amazing and bright. She even told us a bigger unit had just went on special after we had booked ours, and it was bigger AND cheaper!
