We had the pleasure of doing business with the Storage Mart storage facility in Barrie on Morrow Road (Essa/ Ardagh area) and I can’t say enough positive things about what a great experience it was and how well-run it is. I dealt primarily with Olena and what a nice person she is. So friendly and helpful. She went out of her way to help and explain everything. Shaun was great as well. Very clean facility too. If you're looking to rent a storage locker in Barrie, I would highly recommend this location.

Excellent and above and beyond service. Extremely professional and knowledgeable great mannerism and always greets you with a smile. Very personable she assisted with transferring to my new unit and made the transition smooth and stress free. Alwaya a joy. Absolutely amazing customer service, can’t say enough.
