Olena was wonderful to work with! She was knowledgeable, friendly and seemed to really care that we were satisfied with the locker we chose. I will definitely refer friends and family to her when they need clean and easy to access storage.
After my first impression today, I like this place very much. It is clean and tidy with lots of access doors. The attendant was very helpful and answered all my questions. Today (1.5 years later), I closed my account and moved my things out of storage. Shaun and Olena were very kind and helpful. Olena has always been so pleasant and easy to talk to, we have chatted several times in passing. I am happy I chose Storage Mart. Thank you very much!
