I recently visited our storage to downgrade to a smaller unit. Me’Ocha, the property manager was very professional and kind. She helped me me get the best rate possible and made accommodations so that the unit I got was conveniently near the previous unit. I love that the climate controlled units are always clean and have a lovely scented plug in!

Me’Ocha has an amazing personality!! She made me feel totally comfortable and heard!! I also like the cleanliness of the property and the units. You guys really need an app for managing our accounts.
