Nice storage place, but just like most I’ve seen, your rates will keep going up and up. Not sure if there is a ceiling, but I haven’t seen it yet. What you end up having to do is get the same size unit for $100 less and move your stuff, then wait til they raise the rates and do it all over again. Seems so stupid, why can’t they just give you a good rate and leave it there ?

Good so far, but for people overseas, it's a big problem as they don't have a chat service or an email so customers can reach out in emergency cases. Edit, as there is no way to reply back for some reason. There was no chat option on the website as I search for it multiple times, the generic email was never replied and you can't expect people overseas like in my case, AFRICA, to call you at 6 dollars the minutes assuming there is service which in my case it wasnt.
