Nice storage place and nice customer service
Very frustrating start. I was promised a free lock...didn't get it. So on the move in day, I had to leave my stuff there and go buy a $40 lock after speaking to the customer service person. She said I would get reimbursed for the lock that I got. After calling the office the day after, they said they won't reimburse me and that they never knew I was supposed to get a lock.
