I was moving from larger storage to smaller. They went to my storage area and showed me which storage they would hold for me which was right across. BUT, when I went to move storages they already rented the one across the hall and had no others that size. No apologies at all and wanted to charge me higher for one size bigger even though they screwed me. I'm not going to go into how much inconvenience this caused me. I would not recommend them.
