We have been buying storage auctions for almost 20 years. This is the most incredibly bad experience we have ever had. In fact 1 0f 1 bad experiences in total. We came to pay for our storage in the meantime the phone rang and the young lady told us to hold up while she took the call. Hats off to Tariq who achieved my unit transfer with "grace and style". He very resourcefully found another same floor, nearby unit before assisting me with orienting my boxes and wardrobes to fit the slightly smaller space until the placement was just right. May he rise in the company since he is worthy of the best!
I can’t say enough good things about StorageMart and the support I received from Alan. After my mom passed away, I was overwhelmed and had to handle a lot at once. RIP OFF Dont trust the billing . additional rates and fees charged
I got a unit ot a special price in October, the rent has gone up 2 times and I never received a notice for this.
I got fantastic service from Robert and Amrinder. They helped me out with my storage problems with great suggestions and great service. You can't get any better anywhere else. You need storage, this is the place to be! Mike
Dishonest., They trap you with very low rates and then when you rely on having a place to store work, they bring your rental fee sky high, far above their current introductory rates. Years ago when I asked for my deposit back with interest, they refused, although this has been established law going back to legislation requiring bell telephone to give interest on deposits. Rent went up 87.18 checked around and all agreed that was to much. time to find a new storage place
I been renting spaces for about 2yrs. A year into a bigger unit had an issue with my transitioning and was pleasantly pleased when Jen told me not to worry about the issue. Of course she fixed everything within company guidelines. Jen you rock!
