I am a military service member deployed to the Middle East. As such, I was deployed early as an advanced party. This disallowed me to pay my dues on time and subsequently I incurred late fees. I contacted the company about this and they indicated that the fees were irreversible. Before I deployed, the manager gave me assurance she would work with me while I was gone, however, has gone back on her word.
