this place will rip you off charge you money that is not part of cotract
Beware the hidden fees...your required to have the $10 extra insurance monthly unless you can prove your renters or homeowners specifically states it covers their storage. Once Storage Mart bought out all the local owners the only one getting the deal is them. When our lease is up we won't be back.
Have stored at this facility for many years - even before it was under the present management. Have always had great service, but just have to give a big shout out to Cody, the manager, because yesterday after I loaded my car up - my car battery was dead! I walked up to the office and Cody didn't hesitate to help me out. After making sure the office was covered she drove her own car back to my storage unit, where she met me and helped jump-start my car. A true lifesaver! I highly recommend StorageMart.
