I have been with cube smart since 2018. And John have been Absolutely Great with the service and needs of myself as a customer and many other customers I have seen. And I recommended storage to a few people at this location. We hope John continues to be at this location. We need Good attentive people like John around. He needs to be manager!!!

Our experience at the Warrensville Heights, OH location has been nothing short of a nightmare. My husband and I rented a 10x25 outdoor unit at this location in September 2024, and in February 2025 we discovered our worst fears: water, ice, and slush covering the floor of our unit and ruining our belongings.
