I have never done a review but this is crazy I can’t get in contact with anyone over here I came up there one day and yall office was close despite me coming up during store hours when I called up the next day still no one answered so I used the automatic system to pay the bill yesterday and for some reason your system said i was good then today tell me im late this is ridiculous I am very disappointed with my service and will never rent from yall again and advise anyone looking into this place to find somewhere else. Place is pristine. Team is easy to work with. Great value. John is great to help you figure out what you need and how best to accommodate.
4 star facility - newer, pest free, AC 2 star staff- poor cust. serv, upkeep of facility, trash for extended periods.
Once inside the facility and my storage spot I liked the abundance of light and and cleanliness.
