I've had no issues since using Storage Wise's service. The facility/property is quite secure. I've been a customer for 6 years.
Online setup was easy. Clean facility. Bad about going up on price once you rent. We have been using them for about 1.5 years and they have increased the amount 3 times.$10.00 each time. Other than that the gate acts up sometimes. But great other than that!!
So far I have had mixed results. I have been able to obtain entry into the facilities, however the gate code has yet to work for me. I have called customer service and they provided me with other means of entry through a side gate. I have also driven past the facility and noticed the front gate is open with no one inside. And they are definitely having issues with the electronic gate. But overall the unit is a good clean unit, and a great value for the location which is close to where I live right now. The reservation and payment process were very straightforward and easy done online. If you get stuck the people at storage wise are very helpful with the process.
Very affordable and friendly facility. I love that you can communicate through phone, text and/or email. This facility gives the literal definition for "move in ready ". They have a lock included in the units too. The only think I didn't like was the huge price increase from the "special". It wasn't listed anywhere how much it would increase and/or if it would.
