I have moved several times in the last decade, this was my first time using Storage Valet. The service was excellent and you can’t beat the convenience or price! I had the units placed at my previous residence, loaded them at my convenience and called for a pickup when I was ready. I hadn’t found a replacement home, so the company stored the units at a rate much lower than traditional storage facilities; when I was ready they delivered the units to my new location. Excellent customer service! I had been a tenant for 6 years and they kept my stuff safe and secure. Easy to use and easy to access.
I highly recommend Storage Valet. The service is excellent. I called several times to request a change in the date for a return of my unit and each time they made the change without a problem...very courteous and professional. If the need ever arises again, I'd use Storage Valet again in a flash.
