These people are incredible and I would recommend them over the more recognizable brand name competition as they tend to be more flexible with their billing and storage options. For example, for our 33 day timeline, and the need for two storage units, we went with Storage Valet for $450 over PODS which would have been over $1000 and an automatic charge for a full second month of storage we didn't need. We have used Storage Valet for over 5 years. They are the easiest company I have ever worked with..... Katie, always responds immediately to any of my requests - no matter what time of day. Storage Valet is very customer conscious - they have always exceeded our expectations. I would recommend their services 110%!!! EXCELLENT COMPANY!!!!!
Katie at Storage Velet was so helpful. She helped me coordinate two different pods for my mom during her move. Every time I called she was very helpful and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend using this moving company. She also recommended movers to help unload and they were so good also!

Katie with storage valet was amazing every step of the way. From first contact to follow up emails to delivery and pick up. Communication was on point and anything I needed they went out of their way to provide it. I actually called to have them pick up the unit 2 weeks earlier then expected and move to my new home and they did it with no question or hassle. They even did it on a Saturday. I would use storage valet over and over and highly recommend them to anyone looking for pod style storage. Great company and people!!!
