**POSTING THIS FOR A FRIEND** Worst customer experience ever !!!!!! Came in today at 4:10pm to rent a storage unit and I ended up leaving being called a fat b*tch with my daughter with me. When I came in to the office the representative was on the phone and I patiently waited until he got off then when he got off the phone was greeted with “hi I already have my system closing with today’s deposits and I had a hell of a day and already closing “ I said oh what time do you close ? This is absolutely THE BEST facility I've ever dealt with! The manager is beyond friendly and does all she can to provide you with a positive storage experience. The facility is always clean and access is never an issue. It's a half-mile from our house and worth every penny :)
