Reserved a U-Haul truck a few days ago. Got to lot and app says no truck assigned. Called for support , waited 20 minutes and assigned us a truck. Go through process and realize there is no key in lock box and truck does not exist. Will never try them again. Also not using U-Haul again.
Great people. Honest. This is the ONLY place to rent U-Hails. Overall top notch experience.
Uses to store boat. Was nice.
DO NOT STORE YOUR RV HERE! They will move it from the spot they assign you TO THE VERY BACK OF THE LOT! THEN, IT WILL BE BROKEN INTO! THEY DO NOT CARE! They will just tell you, "it's in the contract, we are not liable" There is NO security, cameras, gate, anything! If you do not value your RV, camper, etc., then store it here!
