3/25/15 update. The gate is fixed but now they don't let you in 24/7. You cannot access it after 10pm now. Original review: It seems that this location doesn't like to ever answer the phone. The security gate that keeps people out of the storage area has been broken and is open 24/7 now. Of course they raised their prices but everyone's property inside is less secure because of the broken gate. When property is removed you have to call the national call line to retroactively refund you the money they take for rent. This loca... read more

It seems that this location doesn't like to ever answer the phone. The security gate that keeps people out of the storage area has been broken and is open 24/7 now. Of course they raised their prices but everyone's property inside is less secure because of the broken gate. When property is removed you have to call the national call line to retroactively refund you the money they take for rent. This location is not impressive with its local customer service.
I love this space and Alveres is great. I highly recommend this place.
