I would give it no stars! Make sure you note that they do not cover water damage when you purchase the Protection Plan. I rented a truck from them that had not just one, but 2 leaks in the truck that caused damage to my personal belongings. I was told they don't cover water damage, but I could be compensated for the rental and the manager from storage town would call me but of course he didn't. I also sent multiple emails and heard no reply back. I will never use U-Hauls again!!!!
