Michelle has to be one of the best people out there as a business owner. I just recently moved out to OHIO and I was in a time crunch for a Storage Unit. She was not only fair but honest helpful and didn't hide anything. I had a huge unit for a great price with constant access and constant security. A clean, safe and secure storage company. What I really like is that they are tucked away off the main road. Michelle has been a pleasure to work with and they have been very accommodating to our needs. From small to extra units there is a unit for everyone.

This place is very reasonable for outside storage. They also offer partial and enclosed storage. Easy access 24/7. And most importantly; the staff is VERY friendly! And provide great customer service!

We got a call from our daughter on Wednesday that she needed to move and had no place lined up yet. We drove over to New Philadelphia and started looking for a local storage unit and only needed it for about a month. We looked all over the area. I called and spoke to a very nice young lady named Michelle, and she said all they had was a unit that was for a motor home and the rate was $350 a month. My experience was wonderful! I have absolutely no complaints! The owner was very helpful, patient, and knowledgeable about what would work best for us. The storage unit was very clean:)
