I want to share how terrible this service is and why you should save your money and emotional health. I have used this service twice during my stay at uiuc. Both times the service has been terrible, especially the second time. The first time I used this service, I had a bunch of my stuff returned destroyed and some stuff missing. However, the missing items were not that expensive and the damages were bothersome but livable. Terrible service, terrible management. Lost your items without giving reasons and will hang up your phone.

I was very keen on using Storage Squad to move out this year. However, there has been difficult complications due to COVID-19. Even with the complications, UIUC and Storage Squad still made plans for students who aren't able to move out properly. I have sent an email asking questions about the move-out and two weeks later I still haven't gotten a reply. I do not know if my items were packaged and store properly. Customer service doesn't respond. Horrible experience
