Nice and clean facility. Carts are available majority of the time. I was here pretty much everyday for a month moving stuff in then moving it out. The building gets a lil warm, around 80 despite thermostats being set to 75. But it never got too hot. Elevators worked the whole time. No issues what do ever. And their prices are pretty good. I chose storage sense because of location and it was cheaper than some others. With similar size units. Highly recommend.
Lisa Lyn is TERRIBLE. I asked for an extension to get my items, and WHILE helping, she decided to be rude and aggressive just to feel powerful or in control. Yes, I bet she really is "nice" when someone else doesn't need her help with something she's really not supposed to help you with. Some people really don't know how to ACT whenever they're "needed." Best Storage place in Warner Robins Lisa and staff very attentive. They’re always are there to help you. Prices are very reasonable and it’s the cleanest storage facility in the area. They deserve 5++ the climate is always perfect. They play the best music through out the storage building.
