The staff assisting me were not knowledgeable about how to ground guide a customer with a trailer . Luckily another customer assisted me with my problem. Training for staff should be a 1st. Also correcting computer documentation needs to be assessed.
Had a great experience with securing my storage unit. The unit was very clean and spacious and I appreciate the security they have set in place. Everyone of the representatives I came into contact with were extremely friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend to family and friends.
