The manager at this place is always so kind! He always cleaning and ever time I see him he smiles we need more honest hands d working young adults like him in the world thank you for always being kind paul
I have tried contacting them over and over to let them know that the climate control ac is not working in my unit. I'm paying for that and with all this weather my stuff is getting ruined. They will not call me back and it takes forever to create a ticket with someone from corporate, which I have done now twice.
Friendly manager, reasonable storage cost! Editing review to say SROA is still a great place to store your items, manager stays on top on the issues.
