Its gona sound like a commercial but I gota smile. I had the handoff to Colleen at unit 338. From this point forward I really believe the experience to rent became spectacular! We all know when experiences aren't personal. This experience was taken seriously and I was introduced to genuine customer "care" through Colleen grace. Im a believer. Thank you for having Colleen for tech weary customers.
This is the second time in a few years that I’ve needed a storage unit and chose to use the same place. Rates are fair, units are clean and surveilled. Natasha was an absolute pleasure to speak with and made the initial process of payment and access extremely quick and easy! I will always use this facility for my storage needs!!
