Rented for a summer. They overcharged me and after over a year of waiting and about 4 phone calls I have yet to see the refund despite them telling me that I could expect it “in 4-6 weeks.”

This place is a disaster. The entrance gate is always open as its always broken. The buildings are damaged. There are huge gaps to the outside around the doors that go into the climate controlled hallways. The hallways smell moldy and musty. The climate controlled areas arent cold and are extremely humid. Bugs everywhere. The dumpster is always overflowing with trash and the cameras have all been spray painted so they can't see. There is no on site staff. The bushes at the entrance are overgrown. DO NOT RENT A STORAGE UNIT HERE. I first rented a unit here 15 years ago when it was locally owned. Since then, this facility has been sold twice. Each new owner raised the rent multiple times. The introductory rates are reasonable, but after 15 years of loyalty I was forced to pay over $400 per month. I talked to the property manager, but they were not authorized to change the rent prices. When looking for a storage facility, find one that is locally owned, with an on-site property manager.
