Unaware of the hoard that I have accumulated, I hastily had this dropped off to deal with alone. Panicked and overwhelmed I quickly called the office. Denise got the situation handled in less than 15 minutes by renting me a unit within a few feet from my now too small storage unit. She was fast, hospitable, kind and suspiciously understanding 🧐 She found a unit, I paid for it and since I was already a customer my info was all in there- with the exception of payment info, signed my lease online and boom!
