Arrived at our storage location for the first time and was confused about our gate code. Places a call to the main number and the property manager was able to quickly solve our problem.
Move in was easy. However the latch on door was badly rusted and took a lot of effort to get open. The first three trips it took a lot of prying and a hammer to get latch open. However, I used some penetrating fluid and it opened up okay.
So helpful and considerate!
It was a very easy process to reserve a unit online. Moving in and signing the lease were also straight forward and easy. Great price and convenient location. Clear communication also.
