Needed help adding a payment card for the rental via email. Shauna was extremely friendly and helpful. I would deal with her again anytime.
Shauna was exceptional to work with…especially for moving from a different state to KY. Her expertise and kindness made the long distance move a positive experience where we didn’t have to worry about the storage of all our belongings since the new house wasn’t quite finished. I highly recommend Shauna for any storage needs. I will certainly use her again in the future if storage is necessary.
