Shauna, the manager of the storage units , was marvelous. She helped me figure out his to handle the rental remotely and to give the movers access. Would highly recommend.

I'm not satisfied at all. I've been renting a 5x7 storage unit for 2 years. My unit was 79.00, now It's 162.00 a month. Unexceptionable. My neighbor is renting a 10x20 storage unit, (Climate Control) at A1 Mini Storage and they are paying 97.00 a month. I'm being over charged and can't get a honest answer, why? I was told that they can charge me whatever.

This one of the few available climate controlled storage units in Richmond, overall it seems secure and conveniently available for its location near main Street. There are some pros and cons to this place so I will give a realistic review. Pros, it has a very thorough code system for access with security cameras all around. They allow you bring your own lock to lock your unit so you can get more advanced locks if you choose to. The lady I spoke to was so helpful and so nice!! I haven't put anything into the storage unit just yet, but it is very heavily secured, which I like!!
