When I first rented at this location, it was owned by an older gentleman and he had a lady manager on site, never a problem . Then Storage Units, formerly Red Dot, took over. First, my back unit was broken into. Then someone was in there after hours and started a fire which burned half of the B building. Our unit was broken into. I am starting to wonder if this is an inside job since it looks like it keeps happening. My renters insurance won’t pay out until after the facility insurance does. I do not know what takes them so long to do this. If you’re not gonna pay out under your insurance then just tell us so we can claim it on our other insurance. The process is taking a long time and meanwhile we are out thousands of dollars.

Do not get a unit here! Our unit was broken into! They stole thousands of dollars worth of tools. It’s going to be hard to financially recover from the theft. They never informed us that our unit was broken into! Not just ours, but like all the units on the same night. They kept it quiet. They offered us absolutely nothing. They do not secure the units or the facility. It’s very obvious someone came in at night with multiple people and loaded down large trucks with stuff from like 20 units.
