Dave's always been super helpful throughout the years I've had storage units at SROA. He's available, picks up the phone, and helps when a situation comes up. Great experience at this location.
Very reasonable pricing, clean and the site manager is extremely helpful and polite.
The guy that works there is super friendly and professional. It’s a great place to store your stuff and it’s pretty secure with the gate and the security cameras!
Really great service, needed a last minute unit moving my daughter out of her college rental , so glad a place was open on Saturday ! got signed up on the phone was able to sign the contract via phone. The manager David at Shelly drive , Indiana PA was really great and helped us fix a mistake on the contract . Fast friendly service ! Also we loved that the locks are available to purchase in the office . Much more convenient than having to drive somewhere to get one .
I called and did everything over the phone but when I got to the office Dave was amazing. He really went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied
