EDIT: They got a hold of me and confirmed the cancellation of my lease! I would like to thank Kayla! This place SUCKS! Cancelled my lease almost a month ago and the property management hasn't even confirmed it and now they are trying to charge me money! The gate code also doesn't work! Every time I have called to receive a code, it doesn't work and they have to manually let me in. I shouldn't have to spend 20 minutes on a phone call to access my storage unit! Only concern is door is very hard to raise open
I have been a customer since 2018 but had to cancel all 5 of my units because of how bad it is here now. The facility is dirty and unsecure. The price is nearly three times what it was when I first started renting. The staff is the worst part. Site managers are never available and all calls go to a corporate call center where remote agents answer and act like it is their job to make your life difficult. Requests are not processed. If I could give zero stars I would. I cleared out both units and told them, I vacated and got charged $400. They don’t do their job. I called them to get my money refunded & she was talking to her toddler the entire time. When I asked her to please answer my question, she hung up on me. This place has gone down hill. I don’t know how this lady keeps her job. Don’t rent from here! You will regret it.
