Halanna is the real deal. She is very helpful and super nice. She should get a raise for her outstanding customer service skills.
The units look fairly well maintained. The front gate is easy to reach, and the exit side is automatic. I got a 10x10 unit, the entire process was done in less an a day. The line for their office had a very friendly person answering, and was able to answer all my questions and even updated my code. Units are well marked, tho the turn arounds can be a little tight if your driving something big. I like it much better than my last unit location. Parking outside 10x25. Happy with the parking outside. Nicely row labeled and the staff is excellent and very accommodating of my needs.
