Place is awful. Unit was broken into. Filed a police report and turned it into the office and they said they would send it off. Called back later to ask about the company they use so I could follow up, they told me I was never paying for the protection plan?? Umm I clearly was because I was told it was required and my bill reflects it. So did you just throw the police report away? SHADY!

Had a very similar experience as what Rita Marks went through. If you are planning to store anything of value, go elsewhere.

I had a storage unit here the last 5 years. It used to be somewhat decent. During these 5 years, the company changed ownership more than twice and the price more than doubled from $60 to $147… they said it was to pay for the gate and cameras. Well, the gate has been broken for the last 2 years and the camera by my unit has been missing for over a year. So aka… the security is bullsh*t.
