Storage Rentals of America (SROA) is very clean and well lit. However, beware of the rental increases that occur frequently and without warning. They are not regularly scheduled and amount can vary wildly. You are at their mercy because it is not easy to move your belongings if you have more than a very few items, and I am certain that comes into play with their increases. I had a great experience getting a family members paperwork straightened out. Jeannette was very professional, offered great options, and explained everything thoroughly. We left with our access code and keys.
