Friendly staff and convenient location!
This Worcester location although convenient & inexpensive it is less than desirable from parking lot condition to the ancient freight elevator that requires a certain amount of strength to lift the gates and then operate the Up/Dn button to make elevator lineup with the floor before opening gates, the storage space was not what I expected. Onsite manager was gone from 12-1:30pm so had no ability to get storage space assigned and the locker door had mechanical issues that I had to fix myself.
Cris was very helpful answered all my questions will recommend to all my college friends it’s amazing how there is still amazing people like cris thank you
