This was the easiest rental experience for a storage unit ever. Mona was super friendly, helpful, and helped me get this taken care of on my lunch break with time to spare.
I will be moving my stuff out this place really soon. They charged me 20.00 for a late payment because they were not able to deduct payment because my credit card got stolen and I was waiting for my new one to come in. I called and talked to manager, and he said he would put 20.00 back on my account and I can just pay 20.00 less this month. Stopped in to get some pricing on a 7x10. The nice women in the office Mona helped me. Answered all my questions. Very nice place and good customer service. I’ll be around in the beginning of summer to rent! Very good rates!
