We have rented a unit here every summer while our college student attends WKU. It allows them to move large items to a local safe place and not have to haul refrigerators, microwaves, and other bulky items back and forth. The 5x10 unit is large enough for all the roommates and the knowledge that they will have what they need when they need it after move in
Awful! We had unit rented to start today. Got there, gate wide open, no one in the office. Hours listed were 9:30-4, we were there at 9:50...another customer was waiting by office also. Called number, agent tried cell phone of person that was suppose to be working and district manager..no one answered. Canceled our unit and left. What a waste of time!!!
