My experience has been top notch at this facility. Speaking with Porsha to secure the unit on the phone and dealing with Anthony at the Setauket location has been a pleasure and smooth experience. Both were very transparent about ALL the costs and details of the rental. It ends up being the same price in the end as all other facilities that post cheaper prices but hidden costs they don't tell you about. I'm so happy I secured a unit here. Very clean property and Anthony takes pride in his work.
Great experience right from the start. Portia called me right away and explained everything in such a pleasant and informative manner. Anthony at the facility was equally professional and nice to deal with!
