Totally disorganized. Received email today stating if I’m ready to move in when I actually moved in yesterday. No staff onsite, just a portal whereby you call to speak with a live representative. Problem is, it was 10 degrees outside and you are standing outside freezing. Had to call 4 different times before I could actually get access. I totally understand about cutting corners and trying to save money, but it’s unfair to a new customer to have to stress out trying to locate the actual storage room to finally finding it and... read more
Clean, affordable and friendly staff. What else you need? Have a storage for years with them and even my daughter had one. Always a pleasure to speak with the staff and customer service always was excellent. The place was always immaculate . Not even a tiny piece of paper on the floor. I move out after almost 8 years because I bought a house so I don’t need it.
