Totally disorganized. Received email today stating if I’m ready to move in when I actually moved in yesterday. No staff onsite, just a portal whereby you call to speak with a live representative. Problem is, it was 10 degrees outside and you are standing outside freezing. Had to call 4 different times before I could actually get access. Clean, affordable and friendly staff. What else you need? Have a storage for years with them and even my daughter had one. Always a pleasure to speak with the staff and customer service always was excellent. The place was always immaculate . Not even a tiny piece of paper on the floor. I move out after almost 8 years because I bought a house so I don’t need it.
