I chose Tri Star Storage Pike because they advertised as being "military-friendly"—this could not be further from the truth. They have done nothing but overcharge me, lie to me, and completely disregard the fact that my husband is deployed. Management? TOP TIER! Jessica! Yes I’m giving her a shout out because it’s my experience with her and her communication with those who have put her in charge that speaks volumes! Thank you for being personable and helpful. The facilities???? TOP TIER! And listen it’s a struggle to get certain items out of your vehicle and put un your unit, but the site provides dollies to assist you in transit!

The Office Manager Dominique is very professional, always so polite and kind, beautiful human being... god blessed her!...the minute she welcomes you is like an angel is there to help. The only reason I am giving this place a 5 star is because of her because the place does not have a restroom facility.
