This is a wonderful place,with a wonderful staff. They are clean, pest and bug free. They are overall just a wonderful place. God has blessed me with this place and this wonderful manger and staff. Thank you and God bless you and your families.
I chose Tri Star Storage Pike because they advertised as being "military-friendly"—this could not be further from the truth. They have done nothing but overcharge me, lie to me, and completely disregard the fact that my husband is deployed. I signed a contract for $88/month, but they overcharged me every single month since I started renting. If I hadn’t caught it, they would have just kept stealing my money. Management? TOP TIER! Jessica! Yes I’m giving her a shout out because it’s my experience with her and her communication with those who have put her in charge that speaks volumes! Thank you for being personable and helpful. The facilities???? TOP TIER! And listen it’s a struggle to get certain items out of your vehicle and put un your unit, but the site provides dollies to assist you in transit!
