Amazing place and great storage unit. Staff are amazing
The ladies that worked here set my husband and I up with a great storage unit. They had the perfect size available and were so kind and helpful. They were also super funny and made the experience so wonderful! They even told me about a military discount, most places won't advertise that, but it was nice to know that some companies take care of their community! I would recommend Storage One in Hubert, NC!!

I strongly suggest going elsewhere, the woman that runs this place tried to charge me a cleaning fee... she said there was hay in the uhaul unit we rented ... we moved furniture and were never in contact with hay... I received an apology email with a refund from the main uhaul head office, I have also been in contact with other people that have rented from them and the same thing has happened to them. Had the pleasure of doing business with Jan today. She was very knowledgeable and provided us with a very clean climate controlled unit that is perfect for our needs at a reasonable monthly rate with no contract. On a side note Storage One is the only storage place that answered there phone at 1100 am on a Saturday and Im glad they did!
Jan was great, she was very friendly and helpful. She answered all of our questions. The unit looks safe and secure. I am pleased with the service experience.
Jan was a great help with my move. She assisted me through the entire process and answered all the questions I had. Her politeness and pride with the job was something I haven’t seen in a while. Clean unit and fast service made the transition smooth.
