***Avoid this place if you need to return your rental after 12 p.m. on a Saturday because they will gouge you with fees. *** My rental was originally for another location, but U-Haul switched my reservation over to Geneva Storage after I had already booked and made plans to move. I had the rental for around 4 hours and dropped it back with a full tank of gas and all the pads folded, and was charged an out of hours return fee for my troubles. This was the worst uhaul experience of my life. They charged me 320 dollars for a what was supposed to be 100 bucks and they would not explain why. So upsetting.
