After being a customer almost three years I just had a horrible moving out experience. She locked my unit because I was 1 day late. I tried to make a payment on the 4th but got no answer. When I tried to reason with her she kept repeating, you signed the contract. When I asked for the owners name and number. She said she didn't know his name and he was on vacation. Horrible manager
