Stored my stuff there for 2 years and when I went to move out everything was covered in powdery mildew and a lot of it was damp. It wasn’t climate controlled but it was an inner unit. Also the price did increase multiple times and ended up being double the original amount. Every time I visited the property staff were extremely rude. The place is very secure is the only reason I gave two stars. You have to put in a code for absolutely everything so that was reassuring. We had a great experience with the manager Brandy. We was moving to a smaller unit and we messed up on the right side that we needed. So she helped us and when we got are new unit. She went out of her way even though it was last minute. She cleaned out the new unit for us she was so nice to us and helped us out.
I really appreciated the customer support from Brandy. I highly recommend this storage facility. It’s very well watched and taken care of.
Brandy was far more helpful than most even some thing as simple as a zip tie.
Good place to store and Brandy takes care of property and my storage needs.
