I loved the previous owners. Then Public Storage bought them and immediately raised my insurance rates and reduced the hours from open all day to closing at 9pm. Worse than competitors. Then they raised my rates by 70%. Also signs are orange. Edit: They reduced the rate increase. I improved my score from 1 to 3 stars as they seem to be willing to work on being responsive.
