I came into the office Monday and Zach the manager of the property my word is he just so sweet! I walked in he was already standing ready to give me a warm welcome and introduced himself very kindly I might add. He’s very professional and respectful customer service in a whole needs more people like Zach ! I will be storing here for a very long time !
I know that leaving a bad review as a current customer can be dangerous. You never know what spiteful company employees may do. However I am not going to wait a year or what not to post this. The storage units sizes are not as advertised. Mine was supposed to be 10ft wide and it's actually just a smidge over 9ft. When I pointed this out to Mr. Zach who has such glorious reviews on here, he was like, tough luck. He was well prepared to respond to the complaint, like he'd gotten it many times before.
