The facility's owner has always been very communitive and understanding. I have had nothing great things to say about the units and the business. I have used others in the area and this one has been the best. Highly recommend
I've been with this place for years but new spaces have recently been constructed closer to where I live so I moved. Very reasonable rates, Tony is a very nice guy to deal with, and they plow regularly. Watch out for the potholes though!
If I could leave 0 stars I would. Voice mailbox is always full, when I spoke to the owner about terminating my rental he said he would discontinue my automatic monthly payment I'm still being charged. Will have to follow up with the Better Business Bureau
Tony is great. I found him onsite when I had to change my payment method. He gave me his new number to reach out to him because his old number didn't take text. He changed over my payment method and it went very smoothly. I saw a previous rating and it had me worried, but Tony took care of everything. Thanks Tony!
