There are 3 numbers at the main gate, two of them are for any emergency. I called all 3 numbers SEVERAL TIMES. No response. WHAT IF There IS AN EMERGENCY .. these people only text back if you text them . Then there is NO OFFICE AT THE SITE. They want you to do a contract before they will even show you the SPOT . HOW RIDICULOUS. They don’t even wanna talk to you unless you do the contract before they… that’s BS I don’t know, I don’t feel safe with this place at all . .

I stored my RV here for a couple of years and am very happy to have done so. Staff is friendly and accommodating,. The place is safe. It is secured by fencing and you have to have a code to get on property which is well lit with security cameras. Property is also very well maintained. I highly recommend Storage Masters to everyone I know, and to whomever reads this review, it is safe, affordable, and friendly with excellent customer service.
