I've had the Pleasure of dealing with Randy a few times now and he has been very helpful on taking care of the maintenance on the newest unit that I have rented since Storage Lion has become the Newest owners of this facility. I've been here since Dale was the owner, almost 2 decades. Although I am unhappy that my rent has doubled since I originally moved in with my 1st unit, and like I said I now have 2 extra large units, its nice having maintenance folks to take care of the things I used to take care of on my own. From reading all these old reviews, it’s clear they have had different owners… I arrived to the site and met a maintenance man (Randy) he was helping someone else when I encountered him, however, he insisted he would be right with me and was extremely nice despite how cold it is, so I waited a few minutes and then after when he pulled over by me I expressed have issues with latching my door constantly and how inconvenient it is in the cold, Within 5 minutes he had the old latch off and a new one on.
