If I could give 0 stars I would. I've had my unit ransacked before and no assistance from the company at all. Just found out today (BY MYSELF) that someone has token my lock without the company reporting it to me, also stealing my belongings again! This company has inside stealers! So be careful!
0/10 do not recommend!!! I rented a unit out over the phone talk to a lady to make sure everything was set to go she said yes. When I arrived the storage they gave me had someone else stuff in there!!! And wasn’t the size that I asked for! No one was answering the phone! And when I talk to someone the next day they were very unapologetic! Don’t waste your time coming here! It’s a scam! And you can receive your money back until a week later even though it was the fault I couldn’t get the unit!
