A few months ago, there was a fire at this Storage King location. Our access was temporarily suspended, yet we were still expected to keep paying and couldn’t even move our stuff. Now to cancel, they demand a 14-day notice. They should waive that 14-day period for customers who couldn't access their units. There is no acknowledgment of the inconvenience to customers at all, just asking to pay. Policies matter, but so does fairness. Moving to another company is a better choice. We had the pleasure of dealing with Katrina over the last few days, her customer service was outstanding, we really appreciate her kindness as the other larger man that works there was rude, dismissive, yelled at us and was speaking about customers at the front counter ' These people won't be getting their stuff back hahahahhaha' he needs retraining or to find a new job, Katrina thank you!
Change of mind.. A handy convenient place to store items. BUT the pricing, $580.00 a MONTH, for a garage size unit. Thats $6,960 for a year to store items from deceased people plus items that can not be fitted in the house. Been storing there before it even was built and opened.
Absolute rip off. You're better off going with KENNARDS HIRE which are half the price. Storage King are constantly increasing their prices. Don't bother storing here!!!! Started off at $320 and moved up to $420! Where as Kennards charge half that price for a month.
