The security and staff were fine, but the pricing structure is unsustainable for long-term use due to automatic rent increases every six months or so. I hired a 9m unit which is great for my needs. The unit was clean and ready for me to move in. Insurance was added to my existing contract. Jason, the unit manager was a great help sorting out my contract. I particularly liked the 14 day notice if I decided to vacate

The service from the ladies on the phone was great. The unit was smaller than l was anticipating but still managed to fit all my stuff in. The only thing l didn't like was that you cannot take your vehicle, even if it fits, close to your unit to unload, which means lots of trips back and forth.
