have jacked the price twice in less than a year with < 1/ mo notice. Also got the usual garbage canned response from the owner about price varying based on location and discounts varying. My unit hasn't moved, changed sizes, and there was no discounts or specials, they are just jacking the price up because they can and it is revolting.

I want to highly recommend Storage King Melton, specifically because of the amazing service I received from Kylie. From start to finish, Kylie was a true professional: friendly, knowledgeable, and made the entire process incredibly stress-free. She clearly explained all my options, helped me choose the perfect unit, and handled everything efficiently.

Absolutely disgusting not only did I have to breathe in someone’s second hand smoke but to then turn around and see that it’s a female staff member when there is clearly not meant to be smoking on site. When I shook my head at her she laughed and proceeded to finish her cigarette. Extremely bad look when your staff stick a finger up to your rules. Would not recommend this facility unless she was removed.
