We have been with storage king Joondalup since 2025 so we have been paying for a year. Every time we call reception we get Jess mlanay so rude when all we are trying to do is keep up to date with the payments however just trying to ask if she can resolve this mis communication as I haven’t received links or payment messages anyway i got so rudely Spoken too !
