Very disappointed. Have been a long term customer but rates seem to go up to consistently. Recently was informed that my rate for a 3x3 was going up to $417 per month. So i shopped around and found similar sizes around the area were half the price. Contacted the office and they said thats the way it is and head office make the decisions on price so bad luck buddy. All i can say is shop around and do your research, prices here are ridiculous. Give them a miss

First time I have a storage for my stuff. All the way I came from Brisbane & I choose Storage King. Team is very helpful and friendly. Lady at the desk explained me everything nice and clear. I definitely feel safer to go ahead with the Storage King. I will also recommend them to my friends for future references.
First time using storage king,the staff are so helpful it's makes storing everything so easy ,the hours suit ,the prices are reasonable and you feel at ease,the process from the lift to your locker is so simple too ,if you always needed to do this don't hesitate it only takes a call
Amazing service from Storage King! They lent me a truck that came with a trolley and a lift platform, which made moving so much easier. I was able to pack and move my entire house by myself without needing anyone’s help — it saved me so much time and money. I really appreciate everything they’ve done. Highly recommended.
