I’ve never had a storage unit before, so I wasn’t really sure what to expect, but Leanne made the whole process so easy from the beginning. I wasn’t sure what size unit I would need and I was also a little worried about the access times, but Leanne was incredibly helpful, took the time to understand what I needed and recommended an option that suited me perfectly. I would not recommend this storage unit because of a particular staff member Leanne .She is obviously under the influence of something (glassy eyes ,sluring words,wanted me to get me stuff out and hour before closing time .etc I can go on) She is incredibly rude,when I would call the company number she would answer saying "yeah" I'd even have to ask if I rang the right number,she is highly unprofessional and not understanding to dv victims .Because of her attitude the experience with this place has been horrible. I had an off site unit from storage king and can really say the service is the best..they are courteous, professional and very friendly ...ive had other storage dealings with other companies but storage king at carrum downs is the best by a long shot...I would personally recommend them to anyone
Good shed. Serves its purpose BUT has horrible access hours. Need longer access allowed when using an individual's code/pin, etc.. Example... 5am - 10pm for access. Daily....
