I would highly recommend Storage King, I never leave a review for anything but in this case I felt they deserve five stars. Helpful from start to finish.
I have rented a storage space and the service and assistance that I have received from the staff has been excellent - it has been a level of service that I didn't realise still existed. There has been nothing the team wouldn't do to assist me. In particular Warwick went above and beyond to help me solve a problem I was trying to rectify while overseas. I couldn't recommend Storage King Bulimba more highly.
The recent case regarding the sexual harassment of a manager by a contractor and customer of Storage King Bulimba is absolutely horrific. To have allowed this and then let the manager's complaint fall on deaf ears is horrible, and then actually sack the manager after they take sick leave is reprehensible.
